Names, actions, business relations Nino Contacts stores separately the names (your contacts), the companies of these contacts, as well as the actions you perform with these names. You will see the chronology of these actions In your current business relations you exchange visits, mails, emails, phone calls etc. After each exchange the status of your relation with your partner changes. For example, after you sent him a commercial leaflet you may change the the relation status to "Waiting for reaction" or "To call later". After this call or visit, the status may change to "Waiting for decision". Nino Contacts allows you to follow the business status with your clients, to search for clients in a definite business status.
Search for names and actions
You have at your disposal a powerful though easy to use query tool. For example, you want to know the clients with a status at least "Appointment for presentation". That is, the required list will have to include also clients with the status "Interested in my proposal", as the weight of the latter status is greater than the former one. To do that, you click on the appropriate criteria in the search form. Nino Contacts will display the names according to your selection. You can now display the contact planning with these clients. |
