Nino Contacts 2000  can exchange data with Outlook / Palm / Pocket Pc etc.

Import / Export Outlook

Nino Contacts 2000 can exchange directly all its contacts or a selection with Outlook. You can  replace the existing information or update it. This is an easy action - you have dedicated buttons to perform it.

Import / Export Pocket PC

You use Outlook as an intermediary step. Outlook has a direct synchronization feature with the Pocket PC.

Import / Export Palm

Nino Contacts can exchange directly information with Palm Desktop. You have two possibilities:

• Use Outlook as an intermediary step. You synchronize Palm with Outlook, then Nino Contacts with Outlook.
• You use the direct synchronization Nino Contacts - Palm Desktop.

We have provided a transfer mechanism that avoids the doubles records on Palm. 

Import / Export text file (CSV - comma separated values)

Nino Contacts exports and imports files with CSV format. An exported file you may see it directly in Excel, for example.
