Nino Contacts - mailing generation

Nino Contacts provides an easy way to use easily the addresses stored with merge documents. It exports the selected addresses to a format that may be used as is by Word to do a mail merge.

To generate a mailing or an individual letter with the right addresses, you select the names concerned, or use the individual form. Then you request the generation of the export file. Nino contacts displays afterwards a list of merge documents (you prepared them before), ready for fusion.

You may also request optionally that Nino Contacts generate an action (like "mailing") when you generate the mailing.
