Nino Contacts Pro for multiple users in a network

Nino Contacts Pro is designed for shared use.You install the common database on a server and then you attach each each workstation to this database. You may protect the database with your own password.

Each user is identified with a logon, so they can access the information with any workstation of the network.

You define "responsibles"  that are in charge with lists of clients. The clients (the contacts) may be common to all users, or reserved for a specific responsible. 

You can choose a specific permission level for any user of Nino Contacts Pro:

• modify names and companies
• modify actions
• modify projects
• add names and actions

Another user category are the "administrators" that can see all names, notwithstanding their responsible. The administrator access can also be setup to allow or not information modifications.
