The standard version for Nino Contacts provides useful features helping the everyday tasks of managing the business contacts

Contact management

• The software stores separately the references for people and companies. You associate then a company with on ore more people. 

• You can group companies in a company group and search (for example) all people in a specific group.

• You can use numerous search criteria to find the right people.

• The software stores the actions you perform with your clients : Send a letter, phone call, etc.
• To each action with a client you can associate a commercial status (for example: Sales presentation scheduled, Waiting for decision, Call back some months later, Not interested etc). This status is associated with a weight defining its importance for you. This information may be used later as one of the criteria for client selection.

• You specify business topics that will be associated with people and actions

• The software sows the people to contact each day

• Nino Contacts can watch you phone line. With the first ring it displays the caller's information
• This functions required modem provided with the CID function and an appropriate service from your telecom operator.

• You can define phone rules that implement special phone call conventions. 

• Integrated export / import with Outlook, consequently with PocketPC and Palm. 
• Export / Import with Palm Desktop.

• If you enter the birthday for your contacts, the software will indicate the forthcoming anniversaries.

• Any name selection may be used to quickly generate a mailing, labels
