Nino Contacts - Business topic management

Nino Contacts helps you follow business topics concerning multiple people.

How it works

A "business topic" often concerns multiple people. Also one contact may be associated with multiple business topics. You can also associate one action to a specific topic.

You can later check the business topics, the people concerned and the actions performed.

To use this feature, you do in order:

• Define a business topic
• Associate this topic with a name
• Associate the topic with an action of this name
• Exploit the information:
  • Check all names concerned by a topic
  • See chronologically all actions of all names related to a topic
